Not all carbs are created equal.

Carbohydrates are misunderstood by most people. We bash them! Fruits,veggies and whole grain (think quinoa, teff, spelt, oats, brown rice) are the cornerstone of our health. The ‘bad’ carbs are the processed ones that we are most likely to be teased by. Be mindful – go for at least 2-3 fruits a day, a minimum of 4-8 veggies as day and 1-2 whole grains. You can do it!
