How to work with me:

After an initial conversation we will establish what services are best for your needs.  It can be something very specific requiring one or two phone or in person visits. Or you may require a longer period of time to create new behavioral patterns for an improved lifestyle. Sessions are an hour long and can be done via phone or in person.

Consulting Services Available:

  • First Line Therapy nutrition program (Therapeutic Lifestyle Program) for individuals concerned about Heart Disease, Stoke, Diabetes,Arthritis, Osteoporosis ,Fatigue,Stress related symptoms or Hormonal imbalance
  • Nutritional consulting for all ages, you are what you eat.
  • Creating a plan to put into action your lifestyle goals
  • Weight control, for weight loss or gain, improved body composition and improved energy.
  • Lifestyle management techniques including stress, exercise and food choices.
  • Address food sensitives and a program to assist you in overcoming them.
  • Detoxification done safely- a non-fasting program with great results.
  • Beginning cooking, navigating the supermarket, reading labels and purging your pantry are all services offered.
  • Healthy Transformation program for pre-diabetics,obesity and weight loss.

Fees vary for services. Individual sessions available and are based on $125 an hour session. Three month or more programs are based on $100 an hour ( see Wellness Coaching).  As with any personal behavioral change, it takes time and commitment. It is recommended that a minimum of three months be allowed to cultivate new patterns into a lifestyle change. The frequency of sessions is to be decided between the client and practitioner.
