Weight Loss: Toss the Scale

I wanted to share this article especially to those who are driven by the scale.  I weigh my clients very infrequently.  I feel it is not a good representation of the commitment they have made to become healthier.  How your clothes fit, how energized you feel, what choices you make around food, exercise, sleep and stress management are far more important than what the scale dictates.  The scale fluctuates just like your blood pressure.  If you weigh yourself in the morning and it doesn’t show what you want- it may just ruin your day!  If you can relate to being a slave to the scale, read more….
